The AM-MED Level II Master in Additive Manufacturing for the medical sector is jointly promoted by Università di Roma Tor Vergata and Sapienza Università di Roma.
The programme is delivered entirely online, enabling participation from candidates based in Italy and abroad. It is designed to provide advanced, interdisciplinary training at the intersection of additive manufacturing technologies, biomaterials, medical device design, and clinical applications.
A compulsory in-person internship forms an integral component of the curriculum. The internship is conducted at the two Universities or at affiliated companies throughout the national territory, ensuring direct engagement with high-level research laboratories and leading industrial environments in biomedical innovation. The teaching faculty includes distinguished academics and industry experts, among whom is our founder, MEB-.

Advanced Master’s Degree in Additive Manufacturing for the Medical Sector
The University of Rome Tor Vergata, in collaboration with Sapienza University of Rome, has established the 2nd Level University Master’s Degree in Additive Manufacturing for the Medical Sector: Innovation, Technology and Advanced Training. The program is delivered through the Scuola IaD of the University of Rome Tor Vergata and leads to the award of a joint academic degree.
